Dr. Max Harley Blumenthal, DDS

I was having three crowns made for my front teeth, that were suppose to match my other crowns.   The crowns that were made didn't fit properly in my gums,  they fell right out. They were also all different  shades, even though they were all made at the same time.   I told him no these crowns should fit properly in my gums, and they are all different colors. Heand his assistant  gaslit me and said I was wrong, they did fit(even though I watched each one fall out), and that I just couldn't see well, they were all the same color.  When I got home and saw, he had lied, they were all a different colors, these were my front teeth, and I had all different color teeth, and it was noticable.  He knew they didn't fit properly, and didn't match, yet he cemented them in my mouth.  I statted calling him, and he wouldn't return my call.  I also started to get an infection in my gums.  I had this done at the end of November, I called all through December, he would not return my call. Finally after three weeks, a receptionist returned my call, and said the Dentist wasn't calling me back, he said  I need toi make an appt.,. I explained to her that I was in so much pain , I thought I had an infecxtion.  She told me the first appt. I could get was in January.  They didn't care that I was suffering with a gum infection, they didn't call me in a antibioctic.  I talked to the girl again an explained I couldn't wait I was in too much pain.  She told me he said he would see in January.  When I went back in, one of the crowns had come off, it had been loose from day one, and I have a really bad infection that took two rounds of antibioctics to cure. He told me he  could no longer help me, and wasn't fixing my teeth, but I had to see another 
dentist. Two weeks later I see another Dentist, he admitted that the crowns were all different colors, they did not match, and I finally got all my money back.  The problem is, these crowns should have never been put in my mouth.  I suffered all through the Hoidays with a painful infection because he would not call me back, or at least call me in an antibioctic.  This man only cares about money, once he your money, he could care less. How can a Dentist allow this to happen.  It's not just him either, his mother is also just like him.  I wouldn't let them work on my dogs teeth. After I left there I  continued to have infections in my gums because I was right these  crowns did not properly fit in my gums. 

 I take my mother to Dr Blumenthal. Best bedside manner, very honest, does not rush you through, explains well so that you understand completely. I have referred my entire family and friends, office is clean, Manager Lakeisha is professional, staff is nice and friendly, and it seems like they enjoy working with Dr Blumenthal. Staff treat you like family.
