Dr. Maureen Aseno

As a patient, I expect to be treated with respect and have my questions answered in a clear manner. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Dr. Maureen Aseno did not meet these expectations. She spoke to me as if I were an inconvenience and had an air of arrogance when responding to my inquiries. When I asked for clarification on my daughter's medication, she refused to allow her colleagues to assist me and insisted that she alone was in charge. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and unethical for a medical professional. I hope that by sharing my experience, others can avoid receiving the same poor treatment from Dr. Aseno in the future.
