Dr. Matthew William Holden, MD

general, I was satisfied. I understand the need to be working in the computer, even as you speak with listen to her work with the patient because of my own experience with this process, I understood that, even as I was talking and iContact was not being made that the physician was probably listening and his questions reflected that. My husband had asked me to evaluate Dr. Holden is listening because my husband hadn't particularly felt listened to. I chalk that up to the physician needing to keep a Band-Aid entry at the same time he was communicating or listening. Dr. Holden seems to split attention well but many people may not understand that he's listening when he's not focusing on them and making eye contact.

My visits with Dr Holden are always very informative. I learn something new every time I have an office visit so I can manage my health and improve it. He is very easy to talk to, and he addresses any areas of concern that I have. He does not waste my time and he has never kept me waiting. I try to make sure I think about my upcoming appointments and any questions I may have before I go because I know everyone's time is valuable. He does not hesitate to give me a referral when he thinks it is warranted and I appreciate that. I am quite pleased with the care I receive from him.

I've seen him a handful of times over 3 years. He failed to make any inquiry about anything other than the reason for the visit. He doesn't understand that I'm a recently retired from a high stress career as a prosecutor, didn't care to ask that I'm extremely active, an avid distance runner, and make suggestions towards injury avoidance. By not inquiring about my lifestyle I feel that he fails to connect with and understand me and my overall health.

Dr Holden is always professionable while maintaining a down to earth demeanor showing he has my best interests at heart. He is honest, and calm, looks me in the eye while talking. We have been able to talk about difficult subjects and alternative choices of care. He has my trust and confidence in his ability.

I came in with a sore throat and my glad felt like it was dislocated to under my chin. He asked me to open my mouth and said what's wrong with your tongue. I told him the Mendian told me I have geographical tongue. He said I had an yeast infection. He doesn't listen to the patient at least not me.

Dr. Holden is an outstanding physician. We changed our provider recently as we were not getting the care needed due to some of my health concerns. Dr. Holden listened and explained what he would like to do to help. I am so pleased with h and his staff.

My doctor is concise and gets to the point. He doesn't beat around the bush or use terminology difficult to understand. He is on time and polite and I do not have anything negative to say about him at this time. I am pleased.

Dr. Holden is always knowledgeable with my health and always is concern how I am doing. When he talks to me it's like I'm the only patient he has in the world. I can't say enough good about him.

Dr Holden was thoughtful and kind to me. I was concerned about my symptoms (were they a cancer recurrence?) and he was helpful and sympathetic, which I very much appreciated.

Dr. Holden continues to show genuine concern for his patients' health. He is great at listening and responds with appropriate advice and recommendations.
