This rating is not about Dr Berger due to he was suppose to be my doctor, but never met him., This review is about Daryl Krouse. She is to much in a rush when she calls for the monthly report and if I need any meds. When she asked how you are feeling, you do not get a chance to say anything because she changes the subject. She has called in the wrong quantity of my meds. She is great for just adding more meds and more meds. I needed to change my meds from one pharmacy to another due to my insurance and I had a hard time getting that done. I have been with them for over 5 years and its time to leave.
I am in search for another doctor that knows what they doing.
In reference to the office staff, they do not answer the phones and you have to wait 24 hrs for someone to call you back.
