My only issue is that they claimed to be in network with my insurance, and I believed it. They billed my insurance under a different provider name. Upon reaching out they informed me it's a billing mistake and that all their claims were affected and that they'll get it fixed. Nothing is fixed as of now.

Update: as of July 22nd, nothing has been fixed yet. I will be looking into escalating this in different avenues.

Update 2: as of September 6th, the establishment is just full of false promises and liars and the worst customer service and office management. I will be taking them into a legal battle for lying several times as I have everything documented

Update 3: Instead of owning up to their mistake and fixing it according to their text no they now sent me a letter to go find another provider. Well okay I will be publishing my text messages with them on this review, so people are aware.
