Dr. Mark Daniel Bouchard, MD

Dr. Bouchard is an amazing doctor! My boys love seeing him and he is wonderful with them. He has great bedside manner, is extremely detailed and knowledgeable, and just all around AMAZING!Reception staff at this location is a different story. Some of the new female staff at the reception area seem to always have a bad attitude and just very irritable. My wife actually came home crying because the staff was so rude to her because she was "late" for a new patient appointment. She happened to arrive at the scheduled time and not during the 15 minutes that we are always asked to arrive early. Granted, my other son was already an existing patient for over a year, but whoever was working that morning (younger woman) was in a foul mood and wanted to be mean. Also, my wife just so happened to be like 7 months pregnant while trying to get a toddler to this appointment!The only reason we stay at this location is for Dr. Bouchard and his staff which are great!

We felt like Dr. Bouchard was really attentive and thorough, especially compared to other pediatricians our daughter had seen. He also responded very quickly to a question we had about a potential allergy over Mychart. Thanks to that, we were able to change our daughter's formula right away and getting her feeling better faster. As first-time parents to a newborn, that means a lot. We were definitely impressed and look forward to bringing our daughter to see him in the future.

Dr. Bouchard has been a wonderful care provider to our son. We have been following care with Dr. B since our son was born. He's always followed up with phone calls if we had any concerns. It was amazing having the support during the transition into parenthood and gave us the sense of relief we needed during the chaos. Our family is extremely grateful we chose a practitioner that is genuine and follows the latest medical recommendations for children.

Our son had his first appointment with Dr. Bouchard and he has a history of not liking doctors much due to previous events. Dr. Bouchard had patience with him, was kind, and understanding. He took the time to talk with our son and insisted that creating a trusting relationship was of upmost importance. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Bouchard.

Dr. Bouchard takes his time to get to know his patients. He always listens and answers any questions we have. We never feel rushed and he makes sure we completely understand any medical tasks for each appointment such as shots. I would highly recommend Dr. Bouchard.

It took over 5 months to get a new patient visit scheduled. Had to use urgent care as primary care for that whole time. The provider and the staff were excellent! Just took a while to get in to see him.

The team at mill creek Providence always goes above and beyond when it comes to care and concern. I truly feel as though every person in this building has a deep care for my child and myself.

All the Doctors Kadence has visited at the millcreek clinic have been so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. We have really appreciated that especially with her whirlwind of an arrival!

We met Dr. Bouchard for the first time and were extremely happy with our choice in provider. He was great with our 11-year-old son. I would highly recommend him to any other family.
