This was for a yearly cleaning. Can't make an appointment til about 2-3 months before and then it's already filled. They have very limited hours (10 AM - 2:30 PM), which are very inconvenient for school children and anyone that works normal 8-5 hours. The cleaning performed was definitely not as thorough as other dentist. They come across as clearly not interested in doing yearly cleanings.
I felt my concerns were very quickly dismissed. I was treated with impatence and lack of professionalism.
