I have been under the care of this dentist office for 29 years.  The founding dentist passed away a few years ago and the practice sadly has not been the same since.  Today I arrived for my confirmed appointment.  The receptionist told me my appointment was cancelled.   Yes, I did confirm the appointment a few days earlier and they cancelled my appointment without notice.   One week earlier I had asked for a copy of my records be provided to another dentist for a second opinion regarding suggested dental care.   It would appear by doing so the repercussion was, as a loyal patient, to be kicked out of the practice.  I suppose my second opinion dentist will be my dentist for the next 29 years.   The behavior I observed is completely  unprofessional and unethical.   I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your dental care.
