Refused to see me because i was a few minutes late. I waited at the front desk for the said few minutes. No one was there. Then the receptionist came out, asked my name, went to the back, and came back and said the doctor wouldn't see me because i was 'over the 15 minute policy'. I was there within the appropriate time. The office was empty. I waited over a month for this appointment. Very sad how this doctor treats people.
She was exceptional went over everything with me and has me doing a virtual follow up
