Dr. Bonner has been very instrumental in directing me to find help with multiple health issues. If she doesn't have an answer or solution she knows exactly where to send me. I have gotten excellent references for specialized healthcare from her. She has a very good understanding of what kinds of specialists or tests are needed to get down to the bottom of things. She knowledgeable about so many different kinds of health issues and always gives me Important information which empowers me to make good choices about my healthcare needs. I'm really thankful I have Dr. Bonner as my PCP.

She understands I have opinions about drugs etc and works with me to try to manage my health naturally. She explains things and why she thinks I should take certain drugs. I've agreed to try a drug now and she is supportive that this was a big decision for me. She has provided good education that has beloved me make informed decisions. Great "bedside" manner so to speak. She behaves in a way that encourages trust.

Dr Bonner is patient, kind, compassionate thorough and easy to both talk to & understand. She is respectful (not condescending). I'm sure she is busy but I didn't feel pushed out. When I do have requests (ie meds or bloodwork ) via messaging occasionally I don't hear back from the office (if it's "does dr B want to add any tests to the bloodwork I'm having done for another provider" type question) )

This clinic is good about setting realistic appointment times for me when I need them. Dr. Bonner always listens respectfully to my thoughts & concerns about health related issues and answers my questions. When she doesn't have an answer for a health issue I'm dealing with, she Is good about leading me to a specialist or testing that will lead me to the answers I need.

I had just returned from a trip and needed a same day visit which the team made happen. Everyone is kind and helpful. Dr. Bonner is knowledgeable, listens and open. The most difficult process is the My Chart which I have to call for assistance every time as it does not allow me in. Otherwise could not be more pleased with service and care.

She kept telling me I was in control when doing the pap exam and took things at my speed which I appreciated. She was thorough and had some ideas about hormone testing related to my menstrual period. Nobody at this visit asked me the date of my last period and this would have been really important for the results of the hormone testing.

I have not seen any specialist. FYII received blood work and labs prior to this visit so that information and results were available. I always prefer Dr. Bonner however, if there is an immediate need or illness, any other provider at Florence Family Practice is fine with me. Thank you.

I felt I was being pushed to finish the appointment quickly. That the provider was in a hurry. I actually had to stall the provider twice form leaving before I felt I was cared for completely, as in the past provider was more thorough and concernimg.
