My child likes Ms. Dantzler but her follow-up is terrible. She doesn’t call when she says she will, even if it’s been scheduled online, or doesn’t respond to requests for communication. She also has missed parts of sessions for running late, says she won’t charge because of that, and charges for a full session anyway. Highly unprofessional.
