Dr. Dickey made me feel so uncomfortable. My weight has been stable for decades and a significant gain in two months was concerning - she asked me 4-5 times are you concerned about it to which I replied the same things over and over. She drilled me about other things as well. She did not act as a partner in my health at all regarding other issues. She indicated I WOULD be taking medication depending on test results. The icing on the cake was the staff regarding ordered testing - they would not respond, upon multiple messages and calls. I had to go to the radiologist myself for the record which included an unexpected mass found - scary! Over two weeks later I still haven't been contacted by the office. I had to finally find another doctor for the referral for additional testing recommended by the radiologist.
I would not recommend this office. I switched over a year ago as my prior doctor recommended this doctor. I have found the staff to be super unresponsive and not helpful in most cases, eg they kept me waiting in my room for a basic request only for me to peak my head out and find the nurse updating online patient files. Additionally, I had a specialty prescription and it took them over 4 months to get it pre-authorized and finally approved and dispensed. This is very LOW quality of care for any patient.
