I called to make a first time appointment. The call went to voicemail. Her voicemail said she returns calls within 24 business hours. I did not get a call back. I then called a second time and again it went to voicemail. I got the same recording and left a message that I had previously called and left a message about wanting to schedule a first time appointment. I never got a call back at all. So much for her returning calls within 24 business hours. If you are not taking new patients, that is fine, but at least have the decency and professionalism to return the call. Especially when you get two calls and your own voicemail says you return the calls. If this is how she runs her business and treats people, then I think I lucked out in the end.
