Made a kneejerk judgment, jumped to Incorrect conclusions and did not listen to a word I said. Instead, kept looking for ways to blame me rather than entertain the notion that I had an actual problem, which is why I made the appointment in the first place. In the end, I left with a lame one-sheet printout of a jumpstart diet plan, which was useless and also exactly like so many others I could have found online. I’m not an idiot.
