I have been seeing Marcus for about five years now and am very happy with the care he provides. I had a few issues in the past (years ago) with the office staff not scheduling appointments, filling the wrong prescription and being unprofessional in general but since I've been scheduling my appointments directly through Marcus and been receiving virtual care the last two and a half years, I've had no issues. Marcus works with me to ensure my dosages are right based on my current state and by actively listening to my concerns and answering my questions. For example, I was experiencing severe work-related stress in 2020 and Marcus recommended I reach out for a therapy appointment; Long story short, I never made an appointment and Marcus had the team reach out to me. I've never felt brushed off and always feel well-cared for. I would recommend to my closest friends and family.
