First off, we waited 40 mins in the room to see him. Then he did ask for my questions/concerns and talked through the problems with me. I had to repeat my question twice at one point. He was overall friendly and cared for me and my baby. I was hoping for more praise on the positive growth we saw, despite it not being enough growth.

One of the worst experiences I have had as a patient. He had very clearly not reviewed my chart and became argumentative when I provided information to him and had questions. Did not ask me any questions about myself or my health, even to confirm anything he saw about the diagnoses written in the medical record.
