Dr. Manjushree Madhav Deshpande, M.D.

I had a phone call appointment with Dr. Deshpande. She did not call after 20 minutes so I called the Kaiser nurse and was notified she was running late from a previous patient and will give a call back in the next 5 minutes. I did not receive the phone call until 1 hour after the appointment time. Because I had a conflict with my work meeting, I requested her to call back after 45 minutes. They called me back twice back-to-back but I could not answer because I was in the bathroom. I called the Kaiser nurse to reach Dr. Deshphande two more times to let them know I missed their calls but I could not reach her. The most shocking part was Dr. Deshpande lied on the appointment note. I was never consulted but she wrote a note on my medical record that "patient given precautions. Reviewed treatment and evaluation recommendations. All questions answered". I understand she was running late with another patient and I failed to pick up the call from her office but I am most furious with the fact that the doctor would lie about the diagnosis when she did not ask me a single question about my symptom and did not provide any treatment information. She does not care about the health of the patient and I would personally not make another appointment with her.
