This dentist claims to accept aetna insurance but when I arrived for my appointment she challenged my coverage, and even spoke to the aetna rep on the phone who verified my PPO dental insurance, and the coverage--yet this dentist literally did not believe what she as being told by aetna! She kept challenging the aetna rep until I left. I'll give another dentist my business and encourage others to do the same. I was made to feel like I'm committing fraud and there was no reason for making me feel that way.  A demeaning and horrible experience overall.
