I don’t recommend anyone dealing with the staff in this office. I made an appointment over a month ago & was given an appt of 7/28/21. I called today, July 26th to get more information on my upcoming appt & was told that my appt was cancelled. They lied to me & said they left me 2 voicemail messages. I did not receive not 1 message or email notifying me of the change. I also emailed my application along with copies of my identification about 3 weeks ago & no one thought to call me to let me know why they’re receiving my information if, “supposedly,” I’m no longer scheduled for an appointment. Highly unprofessional and everyone involved should be ashamed of themselves.
