Dentist was helpful, however, the staff would not provide the basic cleaning service after I declined their recommendation of a costly ($600) deep bacterial cleaning, which was not covered by my insurance. To not be provided the basic annual cleaning due to the decline of an outrageous up-sell tactic was very disappointing and frustrating. When asked to review the recommendation paperwork with my spouse, they would not let me take the form with me. I have reported these actions to my insurance carrier and will be reviewing my claim status to make sure nothing is incorrectly submitted against my insurance. Definitely not a trustworthy business.
