I have been seeing Dr Battle for 3 years. The staff has always been helpful and pleasant. Dr Battle has treated me well. He listens to what I have to say. He may run behind at times. Couldn't ask for a better pain management doctor

Staff did not seem to appreciate the value of customer service. Front desk associate rolled her eyes when I said I wouldn't sign a blank form. Nearly two hours after my appointment time, I notified the staff and walked out.
