It took a long time to get into this appointment. A lot of confusion to get it done and I didn't receive calls back and I had to call all the time to get this apt done. But I will say- at the end of my 6-8 ish month wait to get an appointment scheduled- I really felt cared for the neurologist spent a great deal of time with me and even made other recommendations and wrote me a referral and helped me to have a great deal of understanding with what a seizure actually is and I am very impressed with the way my appointment was with doctor Luis Rendon Cantu. Can't say enough good things about my visit. And the last gal I spoke to on the phone also got the ball rolling unlike ever before.

The whole experience at this office was wonderful. The staff was super friendly & helpful. The doctor was AMAZING! We have never had a specialist spend so much time on an exam. The doctor explained everything so clearly & did not dismiss any concerns. I was very impressed by this office & the doctor. Thank you for providing excellent care. We drove 3 hours each way for this appointment & it was worth it. I hope you continue to train your staff as well as this staff is trained because they are excellent at what they do! Thank you for making my experience so positive & worth the long drive!

Dr Luis Rendon Cantu is amazing. He is very thorough, and he actually reads the chart before seeing us! That way he knows what we have done and has a plan in place for us to discuss. He even searched the hospitals near me to see where we could go for testing that was near us...before even seeing us! He just goes above and beyond and I really appreciate it. He is kind, efficient and thorough. Thank you!

Dr. Rendon-Cant took the time to listen to our concerns about our daughter. When we didn't get a result we wanted & my husband asked for a re-check, he was happy to do it for our peace of mind. He was also super great with our 3 year old. He made a very scary time for us so much nicer and smoother.

Dr. Cantu has been so helpful, kind, knowledgeable. He makes my daughter and I feel comfortable with any decisions made. He explains everything well and includes us in the care decisions. He also speaks to my daughter and includes her in everything.

Dr. Rendon-Cantu took the time to really listen to everything we said, and made suggestions based on his knowledge and experience. He has been an exceptional care provider and we truly appreciate it and look forward to any future visits.

Dr Luis Rendon Cantu is very respectful and always explains everything. He is very present during the appointment. We are so lucky to have a dr who is caring, listens, and seeks the best care for our girl.

During our visit, we felt very welcomed and important. Our provider went out of his way to answer any additional questions and explain things thoroughly. I am very appreciative for this experience.

Dr. Cantu is a wonderful physician. He is kind, compassionate, personable, and competent. We are very happy with him, and appreciate all the time he takes to explain things for us!

It took 3.5 months to get an appointment with this Dr. Cant. He is very good and thorough. I just wish there were more providers like him so we could've seen him sooner.
