Very unprofessional, this provider lacks of knowledge of her own schedule or calendar, and does not have control of her own clients’ personal information. Also, she does not have staff and therefore cannot be reminded of any of the patient’s appointments. She scheduled my visit, an app automatically sent me a reminder, went to the office, which is a rented open shared space, waited for almost an hour and when called she was not in the office, said that she sent me a text which I did not receive (oddly because a day before I received a reminder text) and then made comments (instead of accepting that she forgot, she claimed that it was my fault) which made me feel really disappointed. I wasted my time and she did not care. I do not recommend this provider at all.
