Dr. Lowell Dwaine Williams, DDS, MS

I went to Dr. Williams growing up and had terrible experiences several times. The one that took the cake was when he took out my bottom two wisdom teeth. A common practice is to take all of them at once, which I know now and I wish I knew then as a teenager. When he was taking them out, they gave me a numbing shot and I stayed awake during the whole procedure. The numbing shot failed and I was in the pain during the procedure. I felt the cracking of the teeth. They knew I was in pain because I started crying during the procedure and had a pained expression the entire time. They did nothing but continued the procedure without giving me anything for the pain. Whenever we were done, the assistant walked me out and told my parents I had started crying before the procedure started and I wasn’t crying because I felt anything while they cut out my wisdom teeth. I told my parents how much pain I was in during everything that we didn’t dare go to him again and I got my other wisdom teeth taken out at a much better place. I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Williams.
