I have been seeing Doctor Pentareddy for about a year. I love the office in Horsham Pa. It was a little difficult to get the correct office when I first went but, once I got there all was good. The staff is so kind and efficient then Doctor Pentareddy was so soft spoken but you could tell she knows her stuff.
Getting back to the insurance change, I was told that her she was taken by the new company only to find out No she did not take that insurance. I have a very complicated medical conditions and I felt safe with her and the staff. I talked to her about it and thought very carefully only to stay with her and not charge insurance companies. I just didn’t want to try to find another Doctor when I am so happy with her.Dr. Pentareddy is very pleasant, and thorough but efficient. I don't feel as though I am rushed through my appointments and unable to ask as many questions as I may need to. She patiently answers any question I may have and seems to have a genuine caring nature. The staff at the Welsh Road (Horsham, PA) location is terrific too! I have only ever encountered pleasantness with each visit. Highly Recommended!
