Ms Hall also provides cas management for Alameda county sheriff through my home town. She came to see me in jail but never came back to get my signature for the treatment plan. She made excuses that my housing unit was on quarantine but that was only partially true. She had opportunity to come back and complete the intake process but chose not to our of laziness. She also could have done a video conference through gtl.

Upon receiving Diversion and getting released from Santa Rita jail I three way called her and asked for clothes as I had none. This would have been a easy fix as she is a connected with many resources in the community.

Today is 7 days since I have been released and to date she has not helped me with a single article of clothing. I am still wearing the orange underwear from Santa Rita jail. Wtf..

Inexcusable, incompetence, laziness, and a general lack of sympathy and empathy. She is getting paid by the county to manage my case and has done nothing and show. No effort. Lazy bum...she also does therapy and other business ventures on the side which is probably shy she is non responsive too much in her plate.

I would not want my kid or any body I know to have therapy with a lazy bum of a woman who is non responsive and lazy and unsympathetic..
