I understand that this may cause some hurt feelings or even legal problems, but I have some feedback for Lori as well as some advice for her current clients and future clients. I personally feel that Lori is a mixture of a wonderful, loving, compassionate spirit, very mothering energy, sense of humor, etc... She helped me to heal a great deal. However, on the other hand... She was extremely manipulative, cold hearted, sexually inappropriate with her body language, flirting and dropping subtle hints about her attraction to me. She flirted with what I call, the GREY area, where I could never technically prove or even say that she directly did anything wrong but she did! So of course, everyone trusts what she says and naturally she will say that she did NOTHING wrong. She is in complete and utter denial of the damage that she has caused me, down to the very core of my soul. The way she cut me off after I terminated therapy was harsh and unacceptable. She is a very depressed person which is obvious and I did not know why until I did a Google search on her and found out her son had died a premature death. She needs some serious help and serious therapy. It would be beneficial to her if she was raw, open and honest with her therapist but is that possible when she is such an incredibly private person? I am not sure... Lori, I am sorry if you happen to see this and it hurts and angers you but this is the only voice that I have in this situation. I cation everyone to reconsider seeing someone else for your mental health. Maybe when Lori gets some real help, then she can be a good therapist.
