I'm an established patient and every time I call for my annual well womens visit its a  3- 4months wait.  I was having a problem and still had a 3month wait to see her..    Dr leipold is just WAY too busy with her OB patients!  She does not have time for well Gyne patient visits let alone post menopausal women problems.  Their telephones are always busy and I have waited as long as 20 mins on hold just to schedule an appointment, I was even bounced over to her answering service at one point when I was on hold and was told to call the office back because they were there.   I also tried calling for 2weeksfor test results for a problem I was having and never got through. Dr, Leipold's nurse called me back with ultrasound test results 2 1/2 - 3 weeks later and I said I needed to talk to the DR because I had postmenopausal bleeding during the ultrasound procedure and her Nurse said I needed to make an appt. and that she would not talk to me over the phone, the earliest appointment was for 3month later.  That is  just unacceptable!  The office Nursing staff is just AWFUL!  I really liked Dr Leipold but she needs help in her practice
