I saw this individual for help in 2015. During this time part of the assistance I needed help with was repressed memories. She told me that my memories were "probably false" or that I "was imagining" them. This set me back years. When I came back to the US & found a therapist I could trust, & told them this they requested her name because the behavior of Ms. Francis was enough to have her license removed. She should not be practicing, to tell a patient their memories are false is detrimental. I never sent back to see her after she told me that they were. I vividly remembered my abuse. I sadly had trusted the wrong counselor.
This woman fled from Germany where she used to work due to the amount of lawsuits against her. She has been dropped from major insurance companies due to her attempts to commit insurance fraud. She is extremely inappropriate, manipulative and will constantly lie about anything she possibly can. Do not under any circumstances seek this woman’s services.
