Dr. Lisa Marie Trevino, DDS

I deeply regret convincing my daughter to schedule my grandson’s appt with Dr Trevino & her staff. My grandson had 2 extractions that required sedation & other minor dental work. We requested a school excuse  for 1 additional day, Julie (front desk) informed us she could only allow the day of the procedure as an excused absence. I disagreed based on the level of dental work my grandson received. 
In an obvious effort to support her front desk Dr Trevino made it a point to reconfirmed she would only allow the day of the procedure and went on to say she does this for all her cases. I’m not sure how this is possible considering everyone heels different. The treatment we received behind a request for 1 additional excused absence from school was unbelievable, Dr Trevino treated use as if we wanted an opioid prescription. I said, we will not be returning to this office. Dr Trevino obviously can’t control her emotions, she rudely replied, “deleted his profile” terrible experience!
