My regular provider was ill at the time, but this provider made it a very pleasant visit. She took the time to listen and kindly answer my questions. She showed genuine concern, and repeatedly asked if I had any other questions or health concerns at this time. I would not hesitate to schedule an appointment with her again if my doctor is unavailable.

My husband and I were both very sick. I so appreciate that they got us right in and a quick right through the back door so we wouldn't expose anyone else. Also they were able to schedule my husband and I to both be seen together at the same appointment which was really helpful and took way less time than if we had to be seen separately.

Lisa pinpointed the likely cause and brought in 2 physical therapists, one of whom was a an "apprentice" near the end of his training. Both worked well together to select the appropriate PT for me. They had me practice the stretches and made sure I understood how to do them correctly. I'm impressed.

The care that I receive here Is always " a feel good " as I walk out. The staff here give you the time to explain your concerns you have and never feel rushed. I also like that the waiting room is spaced out with patients and I that can check in on my chart before my appointment.
