I have diabetes type II and for over 10 years I have been struggling to lower my A1C from the 10 to 13 point range. It should be at the 6 point range. With Dr. Farr's counseling, expertise, and encouragement, I have better disciplined eating habits and have lowered my A1C from 11.1 to 8.9 in less than a year. I am gradually losing weight, too. These are such great accomplishments for me. It took effort on my part, but I am finally on my way to lowering my A1C to where it should be. I recommend Dr. Farr for nutrition needs.
