My primary care provider referred me to Dr. Pope because she had an available appointment. This was semi-urgent for me because I was worried about a condition that may have restricted imminent travel. I am more than grateful that Dr. Pope was available to see me. She not only eased my mind about my condition and upcoming travel, but also confirmed I had been doing the right things about it in the interim. She also made the referral to a specialist as I expected she would.The entire visit went very smoothly, including virtually, no wait once I arrived or four Dr. Pope once the intake process has been completed. The entire staff was gracious and courteous. Everything about this experience went perfectly!

I'm uncertain as to when exactly they moved their location, but there was a month when I could not make an appointment online, and I could not get through on the phone. I was the 19th caller in the queue. When I tried to make an appointment online, the only option was for a mammogram, and that was not what I wanted to be seen for. Due to excessive wait times on the phone, it was necessary for me to make appointments with urgent care. I had to do this two times because I could not get through. This experience was out of the ordinary, and I assumed it was due to the move. Dr. Pope is an incredible provider. She Is both highly intelligent and compassionate. I am fortunate to have her for my primary care.

Dr. Pope understood my medical issue & has been very easy to communicate through myChart for my follow-up concerns. She was thorough & had a way forward for my foot injury as my condition changed. Unfortunately it is difficult to see her in person on short notice when a non-routine issue comes up that needs immediate medical attention. Urgent care is just not the same quality of medical care since I don't have a relationship with the urgent care docs. Dr. Pope is an awesome & caring doc who is very organized & calls in meds & communicates back in a timely manner.

Dr. Pope has been such a blessing to my elderly parents. She is compassionate and knowledgeable. She really cares about my parents as people. Dr. Pope routinely goes above and beyond, she often valls us with updates about screenings and results. Dr. Pope Is very quick to respond to MyChart questions. I often attend appointments with my parents because their hearing is so poor. Dr. Pope makes sure that my parents and I understand what is happening and why. I am so grateful to Dr. Pope and to her kind and professional staff.

Dr. Pope always listens about my health concerns and gets back to me usually not by phone, but through My Chart. She is knowledgeable, kind, and caring about me and addresses any concerns I may have. I like the fact that she asks several times at the end of my appointment, "Do you have any other questions?" She pauses and waits a bit for me to answer. Best primary care doctor around!

Doc Pope is very thorough and always takes time to understand my concerns and if necessary she refers me to the appropriate specialist providers. Her knowledge of other providers and tests available is impressive. Unlike some providers who guess at what RX to prescribe or run out of the office to Google my symptoms-she knows her stuff! I hope her new office is nice.

Dr. Pope has always come to our meeting with full knowledge of current labs, X-rays, She is a true Family Physician. I have always felt I was talking with someone who kept up with my medical problems. She and her staff are best I know. They stay calm, patient and are effective active listeners.

When making the appointment I requested a complete physical. She then scheduled an extended office visit. Dr. Pope asked some questions, looked at my labs which were good, offered some advice and we were done. It may have been a misunderstanding, but I was expecting an actual physical exam.

I love the new office location. It's much easier to get to and is aesthetically pleasing! The staff were friendly and helpful. The Doctor was knowledgeable, and the visit was informative and expedient. I walked away feeling they cared! Follow up was great too!
