I have been to this office twice now. First, it is very difficult to get anyone on the phone. The calls go to the front desk for the building and then they go to Dr. Quinn's office. Usually, my call is directed to her office where I get a voice machine. I have called and emailed with questions and my communication has gone unanswered. I went for my annual exam/wellness exam for not just my health, but for my insurance provider (as I get a discounted rate if I get a wellness exam). I inquired about having this exam reported to my insurance and I was assured it was done so - it was not. Next, the nurse practitioner requested I obtain a laundry list of bloodwork. A few months later, I was hit with a massive bill for this bloodwork because it wasn't covered under my insurance because it was not reported as "required" bloodwork. If it's not required, why was I told to get it? It would have been helpful to know if this bloodwork was or was not covered BEFORE I was TOLD to get it. Some time later, Dr. Quinn placed me on a heavy vitamin D supplement and thyroid medication which I can only get from her office. There has since been no follow-up with me - nothing to check on my reactions to this medication or otherwise. I'm not bothering to call again to try and make an appointment but instead will be looking for a new doctor.
