It has been a long time since I liked a gynecologist. I went to Dr. Pilschchik last spring because I was overdue for a pap smear and her practice was nearby, but I would travel a long ways for this high quality care. I left feeling completely at ease. Everything I should have been thinking about, she was thinking about, with two prescriptions I hadn't expected. She is kind, gentle, smart, and I recall a sense of humor. Yesterday I learned that my primary care provider of 25 years has sold his practice. I came to find out if Dr. Pilshchik could be my primary care physician and am astonished that she doesn't have the high ratings she deserves*. Knowing that Dr. Pilshchik continues to be available to me makes this transition of losing the doctor who saw me from my 30s to my 60s much easier to take. *I have now seen the reviews from the 2 other people, who were pregnant and giving birth. They had alarming and unique experiences. I feel bad for them and I bet Dr. Pilshchik learned from these episodes. I also remember how heightened everything seems** when one is pregnant or recently gave birth. Reader, please keep in mind that the process of leaving reviews takes motivation; there are a few steps to go through. It took me 9 months to give this review, and wouldn't have given it now if I hadn't visited this website for other reasons. **I can still detail others' missteps in the first 24 hours home after my first delivery, in 1996! I was even critical of my (different) obstetrician's decision which may have saved my second baby's life (1999)!
I went to adoctor with my 9 weeks of pregnancy and she tried to do ultrasound from abdominal and didnt see baby heartbeat then she asked for vaginal ultrasound And I was not comfortable for that so she again tried for abdominal ultrasound and she said baby growth got stopped in 7 week and no heartbeat so its a misscarriage 90%. But then i went for 2nd opinion and she did vaginal ultrasound and she got the heartbeat and baby is fin as well. If she didnt able to see properly from abdominal ultrasound she should hav said that you come after 12 weeks or be prepared for vaginal ultrasound and then come instead she said its a misscarriage and even not given me reports as well . Very strange and shocking
