I went to Lilith because she was the closest therapist who came up for me through my insurance app. My experience with her was extremely uncomfortable. I went to her to attempt to work through some relationship issues regarding abandonment issues. Our second appointment she simply stated “I don’t believe we are a good fit” I agreed however, she provided no resources or guidance for further therapists. Ultimately abandoning me. Her tone was extremely judgmental and condescending. This was the most bizzare therapy situation I have ever experienced or heard of. I haven’t sought therapy since because of this experience.
