Both my husband and I seen this dentist and the first visit was pleasant. He is knowledgeable in his profession, however it all went down hill when I got charged for a service that wasn’t performed during the second visit. When I brought the matter up, he was immediately very defensive about it and the front office staff was confused eventhough, I showed them all the paperwork that confirmed my concerns. Then they made it so difficult to get my dental records from them. Overall, extremely rude, unorganized and ingenuine. Ultimately, we ended up going with another dentist and so glad we did.
