Dr. Leah D. Worstman, DDS, PLLC

I saw Dr. Worstman in 2023 for x-rays, fillings, and a crown.  I was very dissatisfied with:
- her chairside manner and patient treatment:  she ignored my requests, chit-chatted with her assistant during all procedures (as though I was part of the chair), didn't inform me of what actions were being taken in my mouth, assistant's string bracelet dangled in my face (is that sanitary?), kept me waiting an hour after numbing my mouth before beginning a filling, etc.
- her office billing records; they did not process insurance payments timely, and expected me to pay for amounts that had already been reimbursed by insurance.  I had to bring EOB statments to appointments to prove the insurance had paid.
- quality of care -- the crown she did still annoys me as it's too smooth; she did offer to "fix" it, but if she couldn't get it right the first time, why a do-over?
