Absolute nightmare with this doctor and her entire facility. First after my daughter having a bad accident which required hospitalization, we were obviously instructed to follow up with her pediatrician which was Dr. David. First, she wasnt available to see us because she was on vacation (understandable) but the person that was covering her did not know what she was doing. She instructed us to come back in 6 weeks for a follow up. So, we did that and in the follow up appt we saw Dr. David who then also didnt know what to do with our situation and instead of being empathetic to us decided to send us to specialist to clear my daughter to return to normal physical activity and return to school. So here I am calling 25 specialists that she offered a list from and one of them had the decency to call me back and say she didnt need this kind of specialist she needed a DIFFERENT specialist to clear her for normal activity and return to school. So to say the least, a dr that first has people covering for her that dont know what to do, and then she herself doesnt even know how to properly refer your child to a specialist should be avoided at ALL COST. I've know spent hours on end on the phone trying to book specialists and wait times for appt are until Oct (we are on Aug 10). So because of the poor service from this provider my daughter still cannot start school and have a normal life when we couldve done all of this work the MOMENT she had the first appt. Completely awful. .
