She is very likable. It felt like I was having coffee with a friend, which would be fine, but I was looking for professional help. I received very little in the way of actionable items to resolve my problems. It was great if I just wanted to vent, but I wanted advice and clarity. She mentioned several times that she has ADHD and that was clearly obvious. I would have to frequently bring her back to the topic at hand because she would go off on a tangent. Her thoughts were very scattered and I found it hard to follow her train of thought. I am very sympathetic to those with ADHD, but it was not a good fit for me for a therapist. As a person, she is lovely. As a therapist, less so.
