Sadly, this practice has been mistreating their patients. They have a zero-tolerance to bullying and harassment policy taped to the front door of their office. That in itself should be a concern to anyone that set foot in this office! You expect a sign like this to be posted in a High School setting, not a doctor's office. For whatever reason, the staff now feels embolden to mistreat patients because of this sign (ironically, that was supposed to be for the patient- but it is this office that is bullying patients!). To resolve this issue is rather simple, their office manager should address any and ALL concerns with BOTH staff and patients, however, she doesn't want to be bother. She choose to take the backseat approach on this and does not return phone calls! Trust me, we have made several attempts to leave a message with her, but to no avail. I am now seeking legal advice to recoup payment I have made in full for my children to go elsewhere to continue with treatment.
