Lauren McMillan saw my husband for therapy for several months last year. She did not clue in to his Bi-Polar disorder with persecutory delusions. She reportedly told my husband it was ok to record conversations with me to see if he was yelling at us (I did not substantiate). She texted him VERY frequently. And her company just pulled $45 from our bank for a reported service 7 months ago with zero warning. He was no longer a patient. They retained his financial information for 7 or 8 months and took our money with absolutely zero care or concern. He has been at higher levels of care for SIX months, due in part, to this individual’s failure to do a family session, adequately assess, and then texted him on her personal phone from what we can tell to inflate his beyond inflated ego. The damage, followed by psychological damage and harm this has caused our family is beyond reproach. Then just take money with no in invoice! Deplorable. Stay away from this practice entirely.
