First, let's recognize the medical assistant who took care of me first. She was very nice and thorough. The doctor herself was exactly who I need during this ordeal. I appreciate that she did her homework before seeing me so she had viable options for my treatment plan. She didn't rush me. She made herself very available to me for after the appointment too which I appreciate as this issue is a challenge they can't be solved in one visit. I'd have my family see her.

She saw me an hour past the appt - asked why I was there took notes and told me what she thought it was. Didn't seem too concerned with asking me any follow up questions or seem to know my medical history at all.
