Dr. Byrne is a money hungry woman. I was referred to her by my primary care physician for a UTI which actually wasn’t. I wanted to see her the first time I needed to come back for a cystoscopy. She told me at that time that my urine sample showed blood and crystals in my urine. The cystoscopy showed red, swollen, bloody bladder. She then ordered a CAT scan. Which I went for a few days later. She also told me to come back the next week for a biopsy. This has been going on for a month. I don’t know if anyone can understand what it’s like being attached to your toilet for nearly a month bleeding and passing blood clots on a daily basis every 30 seconds. I was scheduled for my biopsy and to read the CAT scan readings on September 3. On September 1 I called because the blood was intense again and blood clots were numerous. I asked the receptionist to speak to the doctor as to what I could do. I called three times. I was told I could do a Tele call or come into the office. I said I was coming in on Friday but would like to talk to the doctor today. I was given only those two options. So I said “ oh, she only wants to do what she can get paid for? She doesn’t want to take care of her patients but just wants to collect the money.“ So I said if she does not plan to come to the phone I will find another doctor to have my records sent to. Money hungry witch who does not care about the patients just about the money. So if you have been bleeding and passing blood Clots for a month Don’t expect her to care about you.

I was very relieved when I discovered Dr. Lauren Byrne.  After talking with her, I knew she was going to be my urologist.  I feel so fortunate to have found such a skilled, understanding, and compassionate doctor to correct my issue.  Dr. Byrne’s bedside manner put me at complete ease.  She is such a personal kind of person. She specifically diagnosed my problem and using surgery, treated my issue with great success.  Her nurse and staff are excellent also.  She told me she likes helping people and she proved that to me. You cannot go wrong selecting Dr. Byrne as your urologist. Highly recommend.
