I went to two appointments with Dr. Tahir. She was very nice but not helpful at all. She provided talk therapy but I'm not much of a talker and there were long awkward pauses during the sessions. I had never been to a therapist before so maybe this is just not my type of therapy. However, I think she could have adjusted her approach for someone that needs more prompting to talk. This was not a good experience for me.
