Dr. Ragoonanan sent me to have an EKG.  When I went back for my scheduled appointment with her to find out the results of my testing the results we're back yet so they scheduled another appointment for me.  When I went back for my second scheduled appointment the results still weren't back yet so Dr. Ragoonanan said she would call me as soon as she got the results instead of having me come back again.  Another month went by without hearing anything and everytime I called her office the receptionist told me that they had passed my messages on to her and  that they would tell her again that I had called.  After nearly 3 months from the date of my EKG she finally called me back with my results and just said "Sorry about that".  At this point I went to a new neurologist who is wonderfully caring and respectful.  I wouldn't recommend Dr. Ragoonanan to anyone.
