Laura was amazing during my appointment. She was a great listener and very knowledgeable of possible causes, symptoms, watch-outs, etc. She took time to explain and support additional care options (e.g., Physical Therapy) that I had curiosities about. She took extra care and time to make sure I had a chance to answer all my questions. She even related some questions I had back to her own experiences/health history which I felt lucky to receive. I had such a great experience I wondered how I could come back and see Laura again. Very impressive professional!

I was able to get an appointment right away with a provider I had not seen before. She was respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. I saw her again a few days later when my symptoms changed and was again able to get in quickly and get started on the appropriate treatment. Laura Keel listened to my description of what was going on and took my thoughts seriously. I would be happy to see her again if my pcp was not available.

I really enjoyed my visit with Laura. Even though it was my first time seeing her, it seemed like she's known me forever. She is very knowledgeable, attentive to detail, kind, and easy to talk to. She is quick to come up with a proper solution and/or diagnostic plan. I will definitely go see her again.

I found a lump in my left breast and was seen the next day. Appropriate tests (diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound) were ordered. Laura followed up with recommendation to see oncologist for further evaluation, even though tests showed no mass.

Went to your urgent care facility and it was closed so I went downstairs and you receptionist was kind enough and worked me in to see Laura Keels. Did not have to wait lonng before seeing her! Vey accommending and professional. Thank you

The MA and provider made a good team. Visit was efficient, thorough, professional. Got referrals and labs ordered. Even though I was not able to have my usual Doctor, this team exceeded my expectations.

I love my care provider and her care team. I am being forced to leave Providence because of my non-contracted insurance. I would never want anyone I know to experience what I am going through.

Laura was very thorough. I went in with complaints of a numb thumb and ended up having several cardiac tests ordered because I mentioned that I had a few episodes of nearly passing out.

Laura Keels, FNP, was very friendly and helpful. I am not sure that I agree with her diagnosis, but am going to have the MRI she ordered to rule out anything causing my headache.
