Laura is very kind, and we have a great rapport.  Unfortunately the office wants the patient to appear 20 minutes early and Laura runs about 30 minutes late ... so I wasted nearly an hour just waiting in a room with a loud TV blaring.  No one apologized for the lateness.  Laura sees about 17 patients each day, according to her, and she is frazzled and overworked.  When I complained online, I got a call from their UC Health's customer service person and she was rude and defensive about my issues.
