Laura Catherine Krebser, OTR/L

My family member had a psychotic episode during his appointment with Laura. She was short with him, very rude, and caused the situation to escalate. 
I couldn’t believe the disrespect she showed. 
I don’t know if it was a bad day for her? Bad day or not, professionalism is so so important; especially when working with people in this capacity. 
Make sure to be present during your loved ones appointments with her to ensure she treats them with basic respect. 

She doesn’t seem to have a clue what she is doing work wise. She seems to make up her plans and goals on the fly, they don’t match the other therapists goals. 
****request another OT instead of Laura if your loved one is admitted to the hospital as she will just cause more grief and frustration for them and for yourself. 

Laura was late for our appointment. Showed up frazzled and like she was on a substance. She was so rude to myself and my child. I left feeling more hopeless than how I felt going into our consultation.
