I would like to commend the care team and Medical Doctors (MDs), Lan Ban, for their exceptional communication skills and expertise in their respective specialties.Throughout my interactions with the care team and MDs, I have consistently experienced prompt responses and clear explanations. They demonstrate a deep understanding of their field and are able to articulate complex medical concepts in a way that is easily understandable.Additionally, their ability to communicate effectively fosters a sense of trust and confidence in the care provided.Overall, I am impressed by the care team and MDs' professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to patient care.

Dr. Ban did a very good job of taking out stitches in my finger. I had not seen Dr. Ban prior to this visit. Scheduling with my regular PCP has been difficult and hence was seen by Dr. Ban, another MD in the practice. He did a very good job of filling in but the practice as a whole appears to have too many patients for the number of providers to see patients when patients need to be seen. This is a staffing issue and not related to care provided by the MD group.

I don't know that anyone will ever actually read this, but I want to say that I have never had a better primary care provider than Dr Lan ban. He is consistently helpful and always listens to your questions or concerns in a very focused way with full attention. He not only understands the nature of any physical illness I may experience, but also seems to have a good grasp on how some of those problems may affect my life. I cannot say enough good things about him

Dr. Ban listens to the patient. He is willing to work with the patient to find the most acceptable solution to a patient's condition. He is also forward-thinking and offers alternatives when a specific recommendation needs modification.He is highly concerned about his patients' health. As evidence, he highly recommended daily doses of Vitamin "D" long before COVID appeared. Residents of Western Oregon do not receive enough Vitamin "D" through natural sources.

I haven't changed my opinion that Dr. Ban is by far the best doctor I've had, ever. He's the kind of guy who should be a trainer for young docs or those who need a refresher course. He never veers from what's important to me, never rushes an appointment, and he has a deep knowledge in a wide range of topics, from anatomy to health and well-being to pharmaceutical drugs. No wonder his practice filled up so quickly!

I had a very good experience with the doctor that I seen at this visit I would like to keep him as my primary care doctor. Is very understanding he listens he answers all my questions He makes me feel very comfortable with my health going forward.The current doctors that I was seeing have me going in circles with prescriptions antibiotics Not being on track with my health.I am very happy with this new doctor.

I've been with Dr Ban for years. He's always courteous and knowledgeable about my healthcare. He's always open to talking out my concerns and giving sound medical advice. He seems genuinely concerned about my overall health. He knows the scope of his knowledge and when it's a better idea to refer me to a specialist for my medical problems. Longest standing primary provider I've had in my adult life.

In my opinion, the only career that Dr. Ban could be better suited for would be as an instructor, training upcoming physicians to be their best and how to cause their patients to feel that they're in good hands. That includes listening closely, never rushing the appointment, taking the time to ensure that the patient fully understands, and being sincerely caring about the individual. Best ever!

Dr. Ban has listened to me regarding my medical conditions. Last year, he ordered a CAT scan that found a hiatal hernia that had been causing acid reflux for almost 15 years. I had surgery to fix this problem. The surgery helped with several chronic conditions I have been dealing with for years. I am incredibly grateful Dr. Ban listened to me and took action to solve my health problem.

Dr Ban is an exceptionally fine physician and made what I think might have been a difficult diagnosis accurately, later confirmed by x-ray. One that another physician elsewhere missed. He has a wonderful bedside manner and is superb in explaining complex medical issues. I used to work with medical education in another health system and know top quality when I see it - he's a prize.
